When Kendrick Lamar closed the Super Bowl halftime show last month with a 14-minute performance that included a live string orchestra and two costume changes, the consensus was immediate: this was something no one had seen before.
The After Dark World Tour will visit 52 cities across North America, Europe, and Australia between June and December 2026. Tickets go on sale March 20th.
The Production
The stage design is being handled by Es Devlin, the British set designer responsible for iconic tours for Adele, U2, and Beyoncé. Early renderings suggest a 360-degree circular stage with a 40-foot LED column at its center. The production reportedly costs $4.2 million per show.
A full live band — including a 12-piece string section — will accompany Lamar for the entire set, with no backing tracks used.
Ticket Prices
General admission floor tickets are priced between $95 and $145. Premium VIP packages, which include early entry and a soundcheck viewing, are available for $450. Anti-scalping measures include verified fan registration and a two-ticket per-household limit on the general sale.
